My romantic escape at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options and the staff was attentive. I especially liked the foot massages offered at the spa on the 5th floor.
The communication with the staff was a bit challenging, as their English skills were limited. the gym lacked equipment and towels were not provided.

This hotel is a luxurious and elegant venue that caters to all exclusive amenities such as a spa & wellness centre, sauna, full body massage, beauty treatments, restaurant, and a bar/lounge area. the spa centre is one of their most luxurious features, providing a serene and tranquil atmosphere to relax in.
The only minor issue I faced was that the karaoke and night club entertainment were a bit noisy and could be heard in the rooms. the hotel promptly offered us to change rooms and upgraded us to a private facility that was more secluded.

Celebrating New Year's Eve with friends at a hotel was a great idea. the hotel had a pool and a fitness center, which kept us entertained throughout the day. the location was also excellent, being close to the beach and some great restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the fireworks show on New Year's Eve, which was organized on the beach.
The service was not up to our expectations. the staff were not very friendly, and it seemed like they were not interested in ensuring that we had a good experience.

The hotel was within walking distance to both beaches, which was convenient. the rooms were clean with modern furniture and a comfy chair. the in-room safe was big enough for a laptop, and the bathroom had a rain shower and bath. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a sufficient variety.
The gym was not convenient, opening at 7am instead of 6am, and towels were not provided.

I stayed on the 29th floor and the room was excellent in terms of cleanliness and hotel facilities. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was super clean with plenty of extra amenities that you don't usually get in most hotels. The breakfast had a great selection which I really enjoyed. The hotel location was perfect, given that it was near both beaches. Staff was also accommodating.
It was all superb.
